Penrose Club FAQ

Can I purchase additional tickets to an event in addition to my Club seats?

For most events, Penrose Club Members can purchase as many extra tickets for their guests as requested. Sometimes the show limits the number of tickets purchased per person. The ticket limit varies with each performance. We will do our best to accommodate each request. If there is no room in the club sections (107 & 108) for your guests, they will be seated as close to you as possible. The advance notices will include the ticket limit if one has been set.

If you are interested in purchasing 10 tickets or more please contact Brandon Ellis, the Group Sales & Premium Services Manager for group sales discounts. His email is bellis@broadmoorworldarena.com.

Can I sit on the floor for a concert, or do I have to sit in my Club seats?

Yes, the Premium Services Manager will work with you to get the best seats based on what type of experience you want!

How are Members notified of upcoming events?

Members will receive an email notification of upcoming events from the Premium Services Manager. They will have first access to purchase tickets before the public on-sale! Members will also receive the Backstage Pass e-Newsletter which will include any other deals.

Do Members have a deadline for ordering tickets before they go on sale to the general public?

Yes, the deadline is normally a day before they go on sale to the general public. Typically members will have up to a week to purchase tickets before the general public. Should a Member miss a deadline, the Member may still purchase from the best available seats at that time.

Can I bring guests into the Club for dinner and/or drinks?

Yes! We may have to set a guest quota for events based on the popularity of that event and the anticipated number of actual Club Members that plan on attending. We will do our best to accomodate all special requests.

Who do we call for extra tickets, passes or dinner reservations?

Please call the Premium Services Manager at 719-477-2102. We request that you make your reservations a few days in advance so the Chef has ample time to order and prepare enough food. Last minute requests may be difficult to accommodate.

The extra tickets for your guests will be left at the Reception Desk located at the Club Entrance (between Gate A and Gate B) for pick up under the member's name if there is not enough time to mail them. Guest passes will be available at the Concierge's podium at the entrance into the Penrose Club downstairs.

What time does the Penrose Club open prior to an event and how long does it stay open afterwards?

The Club opens 1 ½ hours before the start of an event. This is to allow plenty of time for dining. The Club will remain open for 1 hour after the end of the event so members can avoid the post-event rush.

Is the Penrose Club open on non-event days?

No. However, we plan special events and parties for club members in the club and trips on non-event days.

What is the calendar year for a club membership?

The calendar year for a Classic Penrose Club Membership is September 1 through August 31. Any contract or renewal signed after the date of September 1st will start with a prorated charge to cover membership for months from signed date until end of August.

Which major credit cards do you accept?

The Broadmoor World Arena accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa.

Can I give my parking pass and Club Pass to a friend for an event that I am not attending?

You can loan your parking pass but not your Penrose Club pass. Guests will be issued a wrist band for Club entrance. If you lose or missplace a parking pass, there is a replacement fee charge of $150.
