Accessible Parking & Directions

The Broadmoor World Arena is located on the southern end of the Colorado Springs business district, adjacent to exit 138 on Interstate 25 near Circle Drive and Venetucci Boulevard.  Accessible parking is available on the property with easy entry into the facility. For those guests requiring wheelchair assistance, please call 719-477-2100 and show the approved parking tag upon entry into the parking lot, and they will be directed to the ADA accessible parking section directly across from the building ramp. We recommend that guests with disabilities access the arena via this ramp between gates A and B.  There are two automatic doors available at Gate A.

From the North:

I-25 south to Exit 138 (Lake Ave./Circle Dr.), merge right on to Lake Ave.

Once on Lake Ave., begin merging left to turn left at Venetucci Blvd. (2nd traffic signal).

Turn left at the 2nd traffic signal (Cheyenne Meadows).

From the South

From Pueblo I-25 north to Exit 138, make a left turn on Lake Ave/S. Circle Drive.

Take Lake Ave/Circle Drive to Hwy 85/87 (Venetucci Blvd.) make a left hand turn on to Venetucci Blvd.

Turn left at the 2nd traffic signal (Cheyenne Meadows).

Parking:

There is a $5 charge per vehicle for event parking. VIP Parking in our premium lot A, is $15 per event and may be pre-purchased at the Box Office, or by calling 520-SHOW.

Visitors coming to the Arena for business meetings on non-event days are advised to park in Lot A.

Active Listening System (ALS)

The Broadmoor World Arena is equipped with assisted listening devices and they are available to guests who are hard of hearing at no charge at Guest Services. A driver’s license, credit card or some form of identification will be required as a deposit.

Alcohol

Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the facility, nor are they permitted to leave with it. Alcohol may be served at select events. Colorado State laws prohibit the consumption of any alcoholic beverage by any persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without proper identification. Call (719) 477-2100 to see if alcohol will be served at an event.

Animals

Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities and/or special needs. Service animals are welcomed into the building and must remain on a leash or harness at all times.

ATM's

There are currently 2 ATM machines at The Broadmoor World Arena, all located on the main concourse near Gates A & C for your convenience.

ATM locations are subject to change.

Birthday Parties

With a group of (15) or more, guests of all ages can celebrate their birthday at a concert, family show or Colorado College Hockey Game, hosted at The Broadmoor World Arena, by contacting group sales at (719) 477-2116.

Box Office

Broadmoor World Arena Fall Box Office Hours: 10A-6P.  Closed on Saturday and Sunday.  Hours vary on event days. Call 719-477-2100 for general information. Tickets can also be purchased 24 hours a day at www.ticketswest.com.

You may also purchase tickets for Broadmoor World Arena events at Pikes Peak Center.  Pikes Peak Center Fall Box Office Hours: 10A-6P Monday - Friday, and 10A-4P Saturday. Closed on Sunday.

The Broadmoor World Arena also serves as a TicketsWest outlet where you can purchase tickets to events held at the Pikes Peak Center. Accepted forms of payment are: CASH and CREDIT CARD (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).  Personal checks are accepted up to seven days prior to an event.

Cameras

The use of still cameras/flash photography and recording devices varies per event. Cameras are allowed into certain events, however you should call The Broadmoor World Arena at (719) 477-2100 to determine if your event does allow cameras. Please register your email when purchasing tickets to receive an email shortly before the event specifying camera policy.

If a patron brings a camera or recording device into the center at an event where cameras are prohibited, the patron will be asked to return that item to his/her vehicle, or check it with guest services.

Doors

For most events, doors open one hour prior to the event start time. The VIP entrance area is on the North West side of the building and open ninety minutes prior to doors for Penrose Club Members and patrons attending a reserved dinner prior to the event. The club entrance is also handicap accessible with an elevator for patrons to enter the floor seating if necessary. 

Duplicate Tickets

If you encounter another guest that has a ticket for the same seat, contact the nearest guest attendant.

Make sure you are always purchasing tickets directly from our website or through TicketsWest to avoid scalpers and duplicate tickets. 

Elevators

There are two elevators located in the venue. One VIP elevator is located in the VIP Club Entrance on the North West side of the building. A service elevator is located behind Section 117/118.

Interpreting Services

Guests requiring interpreting services for events should contact Tuesday Heslop at (719) 477-2107, or email Tuesday@BroadmoorWorldArena.com no later than three weeks prior to the event. For events with multiple show dates and times, one performance will be designated as the interpreted performance.

Ejection / Guest Removal

The Broadmoor World Arena reserves the right to eject guests whose behavior is against policy, unruly and/or illegal. If you observe a guest behaving in such a manner, consult your supervisor immediately.

First Aid

If medical assistance is required, notify the nearest Broadmoor World Arena representative and he/she will escort you to the first aid station. Our first aid facility is fully equipped to handle all minor injuries. The First Aid Station is located near Sections 104-105. 

Group Tickets

Specific shows and events have group discounts. The number that is considered a group varies on a show-by-show basis. Anyone interested in purchasing group tickets for an event should contact the group sales office at (719) 477-2116.

Guest Services

Guest Services are located at the Club Entrance near Section 107. Guests that have comments, questions or concerns during an event at the facility are strongly encouraged to visit Guest Services prior to exiting the facility. If an incident occurs while visiting the venue, please speak with a member of the staff or visit Guest Services at the time the incident occurs.

Lost & Found

Any items that have been lost or found should be reported to Guest Services in the Club Entrance by Gate 107 or the administration office. Please call (719) 477-2100 to recover lost items.

Meetings / Banquets

Meeting rooms are available to rent and can accommodate a wide variety of groups. Call the administration office at (719) 477-2100 for more information.

Re-Entry

Guests may not leave the facility and re-enter on event days.

Refunds

Tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled or exchanged. If the event cancels or postpones, call the Box Office at (719) 477-2122 for refund information.

Restrooms

Most restrooms in The Broadmoor World Arena have diaper-changing stations available and are accessible to persons with disabilities. The facility also has family restrooms on the main concourse level by Gates A & C. 

Smoking

The Broadmoor World Arena is a non-smoking facility, except in designated smoking areas. All seating areas are classified as non-smoking. The designated smoking area is located outside the Arena Bar by Gate A.

All marijuana, legal or medical, is prohibited at the arena. 

Strollers

Strollers are not permitted in the seating sections of the arena. For additional information, contact guest services at 719-477-2100.

Visual Impairment Seating

Seating for guests with visual impairments may be reserved up to 10 (ten) business days prior to the date of the event or until sold out - whichever comes first. Reserved seats are held within an acceptable distance of the stage/performance for ease of viewing.
