The Broadmoor World Arena offers a world-class experience in the premier sports and entertainment venue in the Pikes Peak region. The 8,000 seat multi-purpose arena plays host to a diverse variety of specialty family shows, concerts, sporting events, comedy, and events like Cirque du Soleil, Disney On Ice, The Original Harlem Globetrotters, National and International Skating Competitions, Carrie Underwood, Jim Gaffigan, Elton John, Trans-Siberian (TSO) and more! The arena also features over 19,500 square feet of floor space, enough to contain an additional 2,000 seats on the floor. The Broadmoor World Arena and ASM Global, the industry’s leading public facility management company, finalized a comprehensive multi-year venue services agreement in Spring 2014. About Us

The Broadmoor World Arena in Colorado Springs has been around since 1998. The 7,343 fixed seat multi-purpose arena plays host to a diverse variety of specialty family shows, concerts, comedy and sporting events. The arena also features over 19,500 feet of floor space, enough to contain an additional 2,000 seats on the floor. 

The adjoining World Arena Ice hall – a U.S. Olympic Training Site – serves at the home of The Broadmoor Skating Club. Between The Broadmoor World Arena and The World Arena Ice hall, the two facilities have 3 sheets of ice, 2 Olympic-sized and one NHL-sized, which make the perfect location for hockey and figure skating functions. 

The Broadmoor World Arena is home to the elegant Penrose Club, which was established in the tradition of the legendary Spencer Penrose, founder of the World-class Broadmoor Hotel. Members of the Penrose Club enjoy the best seats in the house, the finest dining, and exquisite service in an elegant atmosphere. The Broadmoor Suite is another feature of the arena, set on the top floor while overlooking the arena floor.

The Broadmoor World Arena offers a world-class experience in a world-class venue. The arena has been host to hundreds of events, including Cirque Du Soleil, Disney On Ice, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Professional Bull Riders, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, and The Original Harlem Globetrotters. The Broadmoor World Arena Youth and Community Assistance Fund

These general conditions and application form will assist non-profit or other qualified organizations to rent space at The Broadmoor World Arena, Ice Hall and Pikes Peak Center for the Performing Arts. The Grant Committee will allow The Broadmoor World Arena Board of Directors to carryout its proactive community-based mission.

1. 90 days prior to the scheduled event, the grant form must be submitted (see attached form).

2. Non-profit organizations must submit their 501(c)3 designation and/or the I.R.S. Code for non-profits. Other organizations must submit description/purpose.

3. The Grant Committee will select applications based on:

4. The Fund will provide financial assistance to non-profit organizations for these conditions:

a. Financial assistance is given to all the non-profit usage of The Broadmoor World Arena, the Pikes Peak Center for the Performing Arts, and the Ice Hall venues.

b) If financial assistance is given, it is expected an equal dollar amount of complimentary tickets will be provided and distributed to worthy senior citizen groups, disadvantaged youth organizations, military, and additional worthy community groups to attend the various cultural and sporting activities.
